Posizione eccellente, stanza accogliente, curata, smart tv enorme. b&b nuovo, appena allestito. Ascensore: utile per un b&b al 4o piano! Accoglienza accorta e riguardosa.
Doccia da rivedere (no box ma tenda; soffione doccia danneggiato, da cambiare; mancava il commutatore fra doccino e soffione). Ingresso un'ora dopo il previsto: era il giorno del Palio ma ci si può organizzare con anticipo.

La posizione è centralissima, la cortesia del personale vale il viaggio, massima disponibilità, pulizia, attenzione ai dettagli. Buona la climatizzazione che nei giorni di caldo a Siena serve.
L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la tenda della doccia che purtroppo si attacca a dosso e ti avvolge mentre utilizzi lo spazio.
