Lovely value for money

This accom had lovely hosts to greet us, the room was clean, spacious, had all the basic amenities and the added bonus of a delish breakfast before heading to our next destination. Also a short walk to nice restaurants

A good base for exploring Tuscany, but bring earplugs if you want to sleep.

The property is easy to reach by car and a great starting point for exploring Tuscany. The host was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well in the room.

The accommodation is extremely noisy. I could hear everything from the guests above me – conversations, dropped items, doors closing, and people walking in the hallway. Not ideal at 1 AM. The breakfast (which I believe is complimentary) was of very poor quality: frozen, dry bread, bad coffee, and mostly pre-packaged sweet cakes – definitely not up to Italian standards. I know, it is free and it’s good to grab something before heading out, but disappointing overall.

We only stay one night but Felt like a house for us work Big rooms and bathrooms. It had a kettle, te and coffee for your convenience in every room.

A bit noisy since it’s in front off the Main Street but at night gets better since is a very small town and not many cars driving by

Good location with private parking

Was harder to find parking due to choosing wrong navigation app and if you are not comfortable driving, it is a bit tight, but overall super good location, safe parking. Owner suggested restaurant for dinner/breakfast and also commented on parking options closer to old town.

Kitchen was broken at the time hence no breakfast, but they did refund so no problem there.

Great family run hotel in the outskirts of Sienna (no need to worry about the ZTL). Parking was on the property and super easy. Breakfast was a great spread and the hosts were great at giving us suggestions for the area. Beds were super comfy and the balcony in our room was spacious and gorgeous.

Wonderful place to be, just a few minutes away from Siena center, this Villa is very well set to deliver its guest the best journey service possible in terms of comfort, helpfulness, in an easy-to-find location, thanks to the fact the Villa is located alongside the main highway coming from Fireze and heading to Siena. The manager welcomed us with a bright and wide smile and she has been super kind and helpful. The breakfast was incredible, with a very good selection of local products, either sweet or salty food, which were delicious! All this for a reasonable price. We will definitely be there again.

The hotel was located in a very good place. it was close to the bus station and both by walking and bus it takes 20 min to reach to the city center. In our 9 days stays in different accommodations, this hotel was the only place that served warm breakfast (scramble egg)

The host family of Alva, Tano and Silvana were perfect. They were very accommodating, waited for our arrival by meeting us on the entry road lest we got lost even when it was so late at night already. Breakfast was perfect, considering that all the cakes and breads were baked fresh by Alva herself, everyday. Tano even saw to it that we got to the laundromat correctly. most impressive was when they went out of their way with a bottle of champagne and cheeses and pastries all laid out for my son’s (Raphael) 28th birthday last Aug 26!

Great for cyclist!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was possible to store our bikes over night garage to keep them safe. Bathroom was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent We had a very good time :)

The hotel is well positioned with private parking, and Siena is within walking distance (20 minutes). Breakfast was one of the best I had in Italy, some of the food was even prepared by the host. There was also a possibility of using a fridge in the hallway.

Very big yard for free parking, room is not big but decent with balcony, breakfast is good, you can walk up to the city center or drive up the hill and park on roadside before entering the city gate
