Nice room near Siena, it is absolutely needed to have a car because everything is far- center, bus stop, train station. There are no shops nearby. The room is comfortable and clean. There is one bathroom for 5 rooms (2 or 3 people in each, so not enough). There is a kitchen downstairs so you can prepare breakfast or supper. No wine opener and no wine glasses- in Tuscany strange.The room was cleaned every 2 days and towels changed.
Extremely rude owner, no contact at all what is unacceptable if you are on booking. He did not write messages nor answer the phone. When we arrived there was only one double bed and we were three. Nothing for the third person. Then he wrote that the small bed was INSIDE THE BIG BED- ridiculous really. There are big dogs next to the property and they howl at night.
