A pleasant homely hotel at the entrance to Siena

The hotel was very pleasant - friendly reception, private parking, decent sized clean room. The breakfast was good, nice that there were also seeds in the selection. The hotel is about 2 km from the center, but access by car was good. The location is suitable for those who want to travel around the surrounding area. I recommend this hotel.

Most excellent!

The room was impeccable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right outside of the perimeter of the old city, literally a 20-25 minute walk from the Duomo. The breakfast room is bright and pleasant and food options are plentiful. This hotel is run like a well-oiled machine. I really highly recommend it.

Great combination of amenities (location, room, breakfast, parking)

The breakfast was wonderful, lots of selection and very tasty. Parking was extra and tight but an easy entry off the main road and it was secure inside a gate. We did have to call to be let out once. Easy to get from the train, to Il Campo, and out of town from this location. The staff was helpful with calling for our taxi.

Free parking. It was not guaranteed till we arrived. It would have been challenging if it did not work out but there did seem to be close street parking.

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff.

Lovely hotel close to station and walking distance of city centre. Staff all warm, helpful, knowledgeable and delivered excellent service. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

There was some noise between rooms, but not enough to disturb us. We slept well.

Loud, But Lovely Stay

A really affordable stay that included a breakfast that I would gladly be happy to wake up to every day! Great variety of foods, snacks and drinks. The location is just a short walk away from the old town and an elevator up/down makes it easy to reach from the bus/train terminal!

The main fault for me was just how loud everything was. I could hear other guests in the hall, opening and closing doors or in the next room, and once even their alarms! I could hear dogs paws on the floor outside my room and sometimes street noise as well. Maybe it’s was just where my room was located, but outside of this it was a great stay!

The hotel exceeded our aspectations, while rooms being quite old furnished, the overall quality, cleanness and comfort was great. Staff very accommodating and helpful.

A walk in Siena for italian exam

Location and staff were excelent. People made me feel home. The hotel is very close to the train station and the Universtà per stranieri.

The breakfast could have more options in order be more continental. For example, more variety of yogurt, cereals and fruits.

Breakfast was nice, room cozy and comfortable and location was very suitable, the restorans were very close and the old town as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and it was very nice to have a bath.

The pillows was hard, maybe to change to soft ones it would be better. As we are from north countries, there were needed a blanket, there were just a sheets.

Clean and Cosy stay

We have stayed a few hotels for this Italy trip but This one in Siena was the best. Not only about the pice value but also the staff's kindness and cleaness of our rooms are perfect! The bathrooms are pretty and gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again when we have anotehr work in Sinea.

A very pleasant stay!

It was phenomenal! We had two rooms for the price of one elsewhere, and the rooms were quite big. The front desk staff were friendly and provided us a great dinner recommendation as well as detailed directions to the city area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to or through Siena. And we have never had as good a breakfast like they provided.

Warm, caring staff……large, .clean and comfortable room

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally wonderful and helpful. My friend broke her ankle just before we arrived and the hotel staff arranged for a taxi to the hospital, provided information on where to get crutches, assisted at the breakfast buffet, provided everything we needed in the room and then organized a car and driver for us to hire to take us to the Rome airport when we were leaving. They went out of their way to make things as easy as possible during a difficult time. Their caring and compassion was so impressive. I should also mention that the hotel was lovely and that our room was large, clean and very comfortable.

Proximity to train station and old town was the best part of our stay.

My wife and I had a short stay in Siena! The accommodations were just what we needed with great cleanliness and perfect overall conditions. The location was convenient, close to the train station and center of town. Checking in and out was easy, and the breakfast was good. The value for the price was also very good. Highly recommended!

room is good, a lot of space, the bathroom is good, it’s an old place but very well take care place.

the Wi-Fi is terrible, me and my friend we needed to work, download videos for our work and we couldn’t, and when she asked help for the lady of the reception she wasn’t so nice.
