Everything was great. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, great breakfast. 5 min walk from the central station
Wi-fi stopped working properly at some point of time but that was not a big deal

The hotel is convenient to the train station. The breakfast was fine. The people working in the hotel are friendly.
The hotel is noisy. The doors are thin, the floors are linoleum, the doors cannot be closed without banging. At least in my room, the bed was right next to the door. The bed was only moderately comfortable. The hotel is not really convenient to the center of Siena - it's at least 20 minutes from everything.
