Very central location, close to the main sites of Siena. The lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating!
I would like it if there was a TV, AC or mini fridge but overall it was a good, simple room.

A prime location. So close to Piazza del Campo. Super-friendly staff, and we were kindly upgraded to a room with an en suite bathroom at no additional cost. There is a cosy common area with a vending machine and a coffee machine. There is also a Pam (supermarket) 10 seconds away, which is helpful for any essentials.
Unfortunately, the shower head was broken, spraying the water out of the side. It also could not support itself and so had to be held by hand. The base of the shower filled up with water rather quickly. The main light in the bathroom also did not work. Luckily, there were lights over the mirror which could light up the room, and the extractor fan still worked.

Location was perfect room was clean the problem is it was very old felt like I was basically staying in a old Easter block plaster room with the oldest tiles ever. Furniture way way out dated. Possibly added to charm? Is not somewhere you do not want to state your first time in Italy but it did not work.
They will Hold bags and a tiny phone booth that says unattended which is not even near the front office staff who by the way leaves for coffee in the middle of the day so do not leave your bags
