The location worked for us, close to old Siena, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant.
The breakfast would prefer to be more varied in fresh choices. Its was of good quality and there were a lot of sweet pastrie choices though. The water pressure in the showers was not strong

The room was super clean, and the front desk girl was so helpful—she gave us tons of great city tips! We also had a delicious breakfast in the morning. We’re so happy we stayed!

Parking free of charge and the room was clean . Restaurant personal was very friendly.
The Bed was too hard and not too much comfortable to sleep.

Room is quite standard, bathroom has reasonable size.
The location is not close to the city, you need to use the car. Breakfast room is very crowded and noisy, you passed by several guests coughing directly on my face, we were a little bit frieghted and rushed out immediately.
