It was in an excellent location, right at the top of the stairs down to the river. I know some reviewers complain about the noise from the Metro above on the bridge, but that didn’t really bother me. I kind of liked it. I was in Unit/Level 1.
Directly across from the property there is what appeared to be a vacant lot but clearly someone lives there because there are 4 dogs that seem to come outside from time to time. It wasn’t excessive, but sometimes they all 4 start barking if they see you out on the balcony.

Eine sehr geräumige, neue und moderne Wohnung in perfekten Lage. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Man hört im Schlafzimmer gar nichts und im Wohnzimmer ab und zu ganz leise die Strassenbahn auf der Brücke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir in Porto sind.

* Accessibility (e.g. with luggage - walk way is very narrow) * Dogs barking starting early in the morning. Trams can be heard in the bedroom. * Shady people around at nights. careful as single woman coming home alone. * Pricy for what you get. * View - not anything then the dirty dogs backyard to see.
