Fantastic location for accessing all the bars and nightlife along the south shore, also for crossing the bridge to the north side. Just a short walk from the taxi drop off area. Very comfortable bed and good communication from the host.
For the money, it fell a little short. A little ‘too minimal’.
We arrived late and even a bottle of cold water would have been nice. Also, for a four night stay, to provide just one toilet roll felt a little mean. It would be so easy to make it feel better value.

Location location location & fantastic views. Enjoyed the hustle & bustle from the balconies without being amongst it being seniors. Right near/under Ponte Luis 1 bridge & as portrayed in website photos with two balconies on first floor.
Surprised there wasn’t a microwave but it wasn’t mentioned in room description and managed with hot plates.

The location was great, it’s quite touristic area though (be prepared to climb the streets) The communication with the staff was quick and good, they were helpful. For curly girls, there was a hair dryer with diffuser! So that was great, usually they don’t put any, I was surprised :) There was a coffee machine and also tiny kitchen facilities, that was also great.
The cleaning of the room wasn’t good enough. They should have made a vacuum cleaning before me and also checked if there was any hair left on the bed sheets. When I noticed that, I talked to them and they came and changed the bed sheets.
