This apartment is spectacular. It is an incredible spot right in amongst the historic district with amazing views while also having your own space to watch and listen. I couldn't imagine a better spot. I had thought we might need to manage noise at night but that wasn't an issue - the apartment closes up and we had great sleeps in comfy beds. Great, responsive hosts. This is just a fabulous place to experience Porto.
This should not detract from 10/10 review, but to be helpful for those of you who visit next. We found it a bit tricky finding the place. The host gave good directions but it is a very busy place and you will see lots of people trying to figure out locations in the district. All you need to remember is go up to above the restaurants and then you will find the doors to the apartments.

Location is perfect for people looking for a dynamic fun stay with great views. Right in front of the Douro river with all the restaurants, boats, street vendors, live music, tons of people. The place is perfect for getting an idea of how beautiful Porto is. Full of life, great restaurant and tons of tourists. very close to the incredible Jardim do Morro where you can watch the most spectacular sunsets.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The app mentioned it. I just did not see it and it can be a mood killer when you arrive and leave with suitcases...

Apartment very dated. Felt like early 70's, and rather cluttered.
