The location is awesome the rooms are large and clean. the beds are comfortable and the reception was very friendly and nice. There are lots of restaurants just steps from the hotel. Right by the river.

Brilliant central location and good view. Windows were well soundproofed so there was very little noise. Caterina gave us some great recommendations and a useful walking tour. We were able to safely leave our luggage and pick up later for our evening flight.

The accommodation was spotless, ideally located just yards from the riverside with cafes, bars and restaurants literally within touching distance. The balcony meant we were able to welcome in the Porto atmosphere without leaving our room, but with the balcony doors closed it was surprisingly quiet. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable (ideal following three very late nights at the Primavera Sounds music festival) and the shower was hot and powerful. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. In particular, Caterina was great at recommending cafes, bars etc as well as advice on local transport - she even convinced us to download and use the Uber app, not something us oldies have done before. Thank you, Caterina.
