It was located in the heart of town. We enjoyed being right there in the mix. The day we arrived was amazing. So many people out and about enjoying the scenery and eating at all the outdoor restaurants.

The entrance was s bit hidden but we managed to find it. A lot is stairs but it was fine for us to manage.

Location was great, 5 minutes walk from the River and the Square Value you for money due to sharing the costs as two couples

Only One hand towel between 4 people, even though we had 4 small bath towels. No Tea Towels to be able to dry pots from the kitchen Hair Dryer was missing and new one was brought to us. Do not agree with one small hand towel allocated for the 5 night stay!! if we wanted extra hand towels pay extra. No Tea Towel available Following Covid back in 2020 you would think it is not too much to ask for 4 small hand towels allocated and no tea towel available.

The flat is well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Close to the river - excellent location.

The front door lock was giving issues from the check-in day, the next morning our key got stuck in the lock, hey charged us to fix the lock - I would have assumed this will fall under maintenance, as the lock was not working perfectly from the start.

The apartment is clean and nice. Location is really good.

Unfortunately nobody told us about a construction site in the same building, the same wall actually. So, the whole time was like a hell. The noise was so loud that we can’t stay inside the apartment and had to walk all day waiting till 5pm. My parents are 60 years old, so was not comfortable. When I called them, first they didn’t try to solve anything. They told me that they weren’t aware about it, but the construction was huge, didn’t started one day before. So nobody went there to clean the apartment and check this? Second day they at least tried to offered me to leave the apartment, but didn’t have another one to offer me. So, I just wait because I would be there for only 3 days. I hope the next group didn’t have the same problem. Next time, just give the opportunity to the person to cancel before and find a better place. thanks
