It was located in the heart of town. We enjoyed being right there in the mix. The day we arrived was amazing. So many people out and about enjoying the scenery and eating at all the outdoor restaurants.

The entrance was s bit hidden but we managed to find it. A lot is stairs but it was fine for us to manage.

Location was great, 5 minutes walk from the River and the Square Value you for money due to sharing the costs as two couples

Only One hand towel between 4 people, even though we had 4 small bath towels. No Tea Towels to be able to dry pots from the kitchen Hair Dryer was missing and new one was brought to us. Do not agree with one small hand towel allocated for the 5 night stay!! if we wanted extra hand towels pay extra. No Tea Towel available Following Covid back in 2020 you would think it is not too much to ask for 4 small hand towels allocated and no tea towel available.

The flat is well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Close to the river - excellent location.

The front door lock was giving issues from the check-in day, the next morning our key got stuck in the lock, hey charged us to fix the lock - I would have assumed this will fall under maintenance, as the lock was not working perfectly from the start.

Lo mejor es la ubicación sin dudas, está a pocos minutos andando de todos o casi todos los puntos de interés, las camas eran muy cómodas, la cocina estaba bien equipada, tiene 3 aires acondicionados

Pues para empezar el check-in es a partir de las 4 de la tarde, pregunte si podía entrar antes ya que mi vuelo llegaba por la mañana temprano y me dijeron que no ( cosa que entendí perfectamente ) así que avisé de que llegaría a las 4 y me dijeron que perfecto, llegamos al alojamiento a las 17:40, mas de una hora y media más tarde de lo acordado, y nos encontramos con las puertas del alojamiento abiertas, subimos y nos encontramos con la limpiadora aún trabajando y sin tener el piso listo, tuvimos que bajar a la calle y seguir esperando mientras terminaba, como si fuera temprano y hubiéramos llegado sin avisar….. Además de este tema, la tercera planta del alojamiento es una especie de trastero que está literalmente en ruinas, lleno de polvo y cosas antiguas de la casa antes de ser reformada y materiales para una futura reforma de dicho cuarto, el tejado es muy muy antiguo y entre las tejas se ve que entra agua en épocas de lluvia ya que en el salón había zonas con el suelo levantado ( cuidado si vais con niños porque son tablillas de “madera” que se mueven y pueden hacerse daño) y marcas de humedad, solo dejaron 1 rollo de papel higiénico de repuesto para 6 personas que éramos y dos pastillas de jabón de manos, nada de botecitos de cortesía para ducharse (gel/champu) y en cuanto la limpieza pues por zonas, había zonas bastante bien y otras con manchas, telarañas….
