The house has a separate entrance and is spread over three floors: the ground floor features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and storage/laundry area. The first floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. The attic features a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and bathtub. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The street, which has existed since medieval times, connects to the Escadas dos Guindais.Walk to the old city walls, the funicular, and the bars and shops downtown. Walk to the world-famous Dom Luis Bridge (built by Gustav Eiffel's disciple Théophile Seyrig, 1886), which you can see from the house's bedrooms. An easy walk to the riverbank at Ribeira and the Port wine cellars across the river. All within a 10-15-minute radius.TRANSPORT
The house is right in the center of Porto, and you can visit the main attractions on foot. The area is very well served by a good public transportation network, offering many options at a reasonable price. You can catch the traditional tram 200 meters from the house, as well as the 'Funicular dos Guindais', which goes down (and up) to the river. The nearest metro stations (São Bento and Bolhão) are a 10-15-minute walk away, and there are buses and shuttles within a 5-minute walk, as is the São Bento train station.
