Stunning location, comfortable accommodation and good communication with staff.
Some kitchen items weren’t clean and there was no washing up equipment to start with although the dishwasher worked well. Only three wine glasses for a four person place and the top bedroom was a little dark as there was only one bedside light working. Having said that I would definitely book again if I were to come to Porto again.

The breakfast delivery each morning with fresh bread and treats was lovely and abundant! Having a separate space with a second "bed" (not technically listed as a bed) was handy for us with a jetlagged baby!
The apartment was listed as having soundproof walls - not quite, and definitely not a soundproof ceiling, as we could hear every step from upstairs.
I first felt the whole place felt a bit "cheap" and just slapped together, i.e. the kitchen was just put in there with what felt like temporary walls etc (it wasn't temporary at all but that was the vibe you got). We stayed for four nights and it was by no means not a bad stay! But there were things that made it not top notch.

A beautiful apartment close to all attractions. The most beautiful view of the Dom Luis bridge. I can highly recommend Domum 3.

location ok
property would not suit people with mobility problems ,many stairs to top apartment in the bathroom the shower is stupid you could get a football team in there plus subs no grab rails & floor gets very slippery my wife couldn't use it , no rails or hooks in bathroom, who ever planned it should have used it
