Mooi appartement, mooie badkamers en overal airco. De lokatie is super, alles op loopafstand. Leuk ontbijt tentje om de hoek.
Het slot van de deur naar het appartement gaat slecht open. Maar voor inbrekers makkelijk te kraken. Er is geen nooduitgang,

Ruim appartement met centrale ligging in historisch centrum, alles behoorlijk netjes, keuken goed uitgerust, prima badkamer. Verschillendz ventilatoren aanwezig, op wandelafstand van Ribiera wijk
Het gebouw ligt aan een drukke weg met veel zwaar verkeer, 's nachts vonden we het te lawaaierig en waren er veel uitlaatgassen om je raam open te laten. We misten een keukenhanddoek en doek om de tafel af te vegen.
