Me gustó mucho la ubicación, es muy centrico y a parte tiene parking, el apartamento bonito y grande, quede encantada, en frente tenía la estación de San Bento...

L'emplacement c'est le grand atout, mais c'est tout
Il y a un parking dans l'immeuble, mais l'accès est un enfer si votre voiture est plus grande qu'un vélo, trottinette électrique, moto ou Clio. Climatisation bruyante - je pense que c'est un problème avec les pompes de remontée du condensat - le même problème chez moi. Pas d'isolation phonique - on entend le bruit de la rue comme si on était sur le trottoir. Literie pas confortable - dans la chambre à coucher c'est un petit lit double de 160 cm de largeur. La douche n'a pas de pression - 5ème étage ? tartre ? Les 2 ? La chasse d'eau - il fallait appuyer avec beaucoup de conviction.
