Location, kitchen facilities, lift.
In the bathroom the taps in the bidet and shower need to be repaired or changed.
When cleaning, wash the floors under the bed as there is already dust from many years and it contrasts strongly with the clean floor around the bed.

Clean, spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. We came to Porto for the second time to walk around the city as much as possible, to attend the concert at the Casa da Musica, for some fado, and to visit Braga and Guimarães, and apartment location was perfect to accommodate all of these activities. We plan to come back in the future when there will be less construction around the city.

Location was fantastic and place was clean and modern. Also staff was very helpful
We were at the second floor
Place needs proper air conditioning unit. Standing air-con units are not enough to cool the place.
Also whole place smells of sewage. Think its coming from the kitchen sink and bathroom sinks. But it was really bad. We had to open windows for smell to go out.
Not sure whether this is building problem or something else
