RS Porto Historic Center

The place is really nice and spacious, the location is very central and easy to access. The utilities are running smoothly in the house and overall a beautiful apartment in Porto.

The place is infested with fruit flies and the streets where the apartment block is, is very busy so you'll get a lot of car noise in the daytime. Also the bedroom had no natural light but that's not the worst thing

The location was awesome. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with a balcony facing the street as well as a terrace and it was perfect - 3 adorable twin beds for our 3 children. The terrace was a really nice extra touch. We enjoyed coming back and having a drink on the terrace after dinner. We also had issues with our train schedule and the staff were very accommodating and let us store our luggage after checkout for a few hours. We were very grateful for that.

It doesn’t matter much (and was a bit of comical for us) but the sink in the bathroom was miniature and I kept getting water everywhere!

Location and hygienic

Double bed is little too small for couple

Good location. Parking and the train station are close by. Bright, airy living room.

On the first evening, we discovered that the toilet in the main bathroom would not flush as the button mechanism was broken. How does the cleaning crew not notice that when servicing the bathroom? Was the toilet even cleaned? I sent a message through Booking.com to report the problem, but did not receive any reply during our stay. The kitchen faucet was loose on the countertop and rocked back and forth when using. Again, the cleaning crew didn't notice? The toilet paper holder in the second bathroom was almost falling off the wall. The hall light was on a motion sensor and kept going on and off while moving around the living room. Could not find a way to keep it either on or off all the time.
