The location was awesome. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with a balcony facing the street as well as a terrace and it was perfect - 3 adorable twin beds for our 3 children. The terrace was a really nice extra touch. We enjoyed coming back and having a drink on the terrace after dinner. We also had issues with our train schedule and the staff were very accommodating and let us store our luggage after checkout for a few hours. We were very grateful for that.
It doesn’t matter much (and was a bit of comical for us) but the sink in the bathroom was miniature and I kept getting water everywhere!

Very good location right next to Sao Bento train station. Good size. Comfortable beds. Great if you enjoy walking like we do. We literally walked everywhere in Porto. The elevator is also lice to have with luggage.
It was aid out a bit oddly, not as open concept as the pictures made it look. The place needed a bit of upkeep. Could have used a fresh coat of paint abd some maintenance in the bathroom

Location was great and super central.
Door to the roof terrace was broken, furniture of roof terrace broken. Toilet seat broken. Not even enough wine glasses for the number of guests that the apartment holds. Communication from host was non-existent and messages completely ignored.
