Très bel espace intérieur et idéalement bien situé. Équipements haut de gamme dans l’ensemble de l’appartement.
La climatisation dans le salon est bruyante et peu efficace. Peu de luminosité naturelle dans les pièces à vivre (cuisine, salon).

Very spacious and fully equipped flat, conveniently located with everything in walking distance. Public parking is only 5 minutes walk. Would use this location anytime again.

Ottima posizione, centralissima, luminoso, molto pulito e confortevole, esattamente come da immagini. Biancheria in abbondanza, accesso immediato e comodo. Splendido design curatissimo in stabile d'epoca. Accessibilità immediata ai servizi ed ai principali punti di interesse.
Mancanza di essenziali in cucina, che solitamente ho sempre trovato, anche in appartamenti di livello non eccelso: sale, zucchero o dolcificanti, carta cucina o tovaglioli usa e getta, olio e aceto anche monodose,pastiglie o liquido per poter utilizzare la lavastoviglie.
