Si estaba bastante bien
Por ser la última planta la habitación se calienta durante el día y el aire acondicionado no era demasiado potente por lo que se puede pasar calor

Accueil très serviable et sympathique.
Logement charmant et bien décoré.
Propreté irréprochable.
Différents équipements à disposition ( machine à café, sèche cheveux, frigo )
L'établissement dispose également d'une cuisine et d'un salon donnant sûre une jolie petite coure dont nous pouvons profiter.

The building is renovated and with everything you need.
We stayed 3 nights. On the last night the hot water ran out. At about 22:30. I waited 30 minutes maybe it has an electric boiler and needs time to heat the water. No change. I went to sleep. In the morning the hot water was still not runing. For 100 euro per night this is not acceptable especially for a renovated building. Also the location is far from the hystorical city center.

I have stayed at this place before, so I decided to return. The first time it was cozy, and in both cases everything was very clean. However, this time I made a mistake with the room and chose a shared bathroom option, which immediately led to several drawbacks.
- inconvenience with the share bathroom and toilet
- neighbors going to the toilet during night
- мery thin walls, with neighbors talking until 3 a.m. as if they were right next to your ear.
- neighbors upstairs, who let their child play with blocks at 6 am
- the same child then started crying on the stairs at 7.30 am
