Great staff. Very clean facility. Great location in the heart of Lisbon. Spacious room and bathroom, lots of light from windows. The rooms have charm. Inn-Chiado is the first floor up - the hostel is on the floor above.
The room felt time-worn... the balcony door handle was broken and the bathroom door didn't latch. The view from the balcony was disappointing. It was noisier from the hostel upstairs than the other room we stayed in, enough to wake us up several times.

We've stayed here before and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Good value for money. Great location, very clean, access to a shared kitchen, very friendly and accommodating staff. No communication issues at all.
You have to walk up to the first floor. The room was small (overlooking Restaradores Square), not much room for luggage.

The location is just excellent, right in the middle of Lisbon, for a very fair price tag. Rooms are clean and comfortable with just small issues here and there.
The hotel „lobby“ is practically right outside the room door, which means you can hear everything that happens there, from people check in and out, talking or even the staff watching YouTube videos on their cellphone ( loud!). Another noise source can be the Coffee Shop below. The fact that you need to pass through a shop to reach the hotel (during the day) is a bit awkward at first but the guys there won’t bother you at all!
