The common area was perfect with sunlight and plants. It is very nice to have a bar and a kitchen for the use of guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, walking distance to everywhere in the city.
There were a few toilets and sinks for many people but I never waited for using the toilets. I would like to have a shelf just next to my bed maybe to store my small stuff.

Right inside the train station. Walkable distance to the old town and several tram/metro stations. Bonus point if you’re going to Sintra. Friendly and helpful staff
Bed isn’t that comfortable compare to some of the other hostels I’ve stayed. WiFi signal is a bit unstable inside my room (everywhere else’s fine). Sometimes you can hear train announcements from distance.

Great place to stay. Will stay longer next time the people at reception were really really nice.Pedro on the 1st day helped me a lot because I had some issues with my payment . Andre and Jàoa were awesome helping me out on the next day. Will come.back again end of the year.
