Amazing location, air conditioner, bed, wardrobe, nice shower. Ground floor, great for heavy luggage, no need to climb anywhere

One very small and medium towel per person, if stay is 2-3 days+ - it becomes unusable. But on the 3rd day a cleaning lady was very nice and gave us the new towels as soon as we asked. Maybe the only suggestion would be, if the stay is 3days+, more towels could be given in advance

3 comments: 1) walls are pretty thin sadly, since it’s an apartment with separated rooms, so I could hear neighbors very loud, in the morning some guests were talking extremely loudly in the kitchen, which woke me up during my holiday 2) Sadly, there was mold in my room, so I had difficulty breathing, the host tried to arrange a machine to reduce the humidity, which helped a little, yet there is mold in the bathroom, which can be fixed easily by the host 3) property advertised luggage storage, however the way to store luggage is to leave it unattended in the common area, which I found unfair vs. what was offered

The staff (Jose) was great. Incredibly helpful, always smiling. The location is very central. The room was clean.

The bed is so uncomfortable. Both sides of the mattress were sagging (a "dip" in the mattress where one would usually sleep, usually a consistent rotation and flipping would help when done from the start) and trying to sleep in the middle was as uncomfortable because of the sagging. The bathroom could use towel racks and the water was not draining fast enough. Also, the information given suggests there is balcony. That balcony is shared, and not for a single room. My room's window was directly on the walking level of the street, not possible to open the curtains as I would look like a fish in an aquarium. Also, a car just parked next to it, so it wasn't pleasant anyways.

The hotel is located at the center of the city, nearby the boulevard. Silvia was very lovely and she helped a lot in scheduling our program.

The accommodation is located right next to the boulevard, but there is a steep road leading up to it, so you should be mindful of that. The bathroom is very small and there is a leak in the shower panel. There is also a humidity problem in the bathroom. Even though we ventilated the room, the humidity never went away. The bed is not comfortable. It would be nice to have a small desk in the room. (We stayed in the Silver Room, and I believe there was plenty of space for one.)
