Fantastic central location, room is big with comfy beds and very clean
Charged a fee to store luggage and very inflexible with check out time. I asked for a later check out (only 10-15min) but they wanted to charge a fee for luggage storage for 15min. Knocked on my door at exactly 12 to get me to leave the room. Also had issues with the front door entry but was resolved quickly.

Was right in the centre, very near restaurants, bars and many tourist attractions. Was so clean. Our room was cleaned and towels replaced every day. Had all the facilities we needed, was quiet and felt safe at night. Staff were excellent and so attentive, especially when we were checking out they were able to hold our luggage.

Excellent location.
The Main Street door did not close well and was not secure.
On one occasion I returned to be faced with a woman begging for money in the ground floor lobby.
She was obviously waiting and pretending she was staying in the building.
I gave her €3 but she still carried on begging. So I carried on to my apartment leaving her still calling for cash as I left her.
I have no problem with begging but NOT inside my place of safety.
Better security please.

- Very limited reception (from 10:30 to 17:40)
- Extra costs for baggage storage (5€) - also for a limited time
- Complimentary water would be nice, especially when you arrive in the middle of the night
- No information about sights or restaurants, public transportation etc. in the room
