Perfect location

The location was unbeatable, very central and convenient and yet the room was quiet. The room was clean and had all basic amenities. I was able to leave my luggage for some hours free of charge.

The access to the building through a little shop and the use of codes for obtaining the keys was rather troublesome. The price is somehow high for what the place offers.

I had the junior suite which is good in size both bed and bathroom and you had a separate area for your luggage The location is very good - close to all the major squares that the tour groups meet You are right on top of all the action in regards to restaurants and the supermarkets are only a few minutes walk away

A major issue that some people may have to take into consideration is that the whole apartment gets stuffy from a lack of air movement including the bedrooms-- you do have large floor to ceiling doors that open up -- but once open you will hear all the noises of the streets all day and night long -- into the early morning so if you are a light sleeper or you use ear plugs ( as i do ) with the windows open for fresh air all the noises come right through as you are directly above it all The easiest solution is to have a ceiling fan in the bedrooms then you don't have to open up the doors because once they are closed its very quiet The instructions that you receive need to be clearer as the photos they send you show you the apartment lock boxes which are located behind a locked door ( which they don't show you ) -- but the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there are 4 rooms which isn't indicated above the main locked door

The room itself is truly lovely and makes a great first impression. It is very bright and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a surprisingly spacious bathroom. We also really appreciated the shared kitchen, which is kept impeccably clean and is thoughtfully stocked with coffee, tea, and some snacks for the guests. The location is the real highlight: it is absolutely perfect and right in the center, allowing us to reach all the main attractions within a short walk.

On the downside, the lack of soundproofing was a major issue for us. The walls are very thin; we could hear our neighbors’ conversations and every single footstep they took. It was so loud that I woke up several times during the night thinking someone had actually entered our room. Furthermore, there is a pump in the bathroom that starts up whenever you use the sink, shower, or toilet, and the noise is quite jarring. Finally, the curtains provide almost no light protection. By 5:00 AM, the room was completely flooded with light, making it feel as though we were sleeping right out in the middle of the square.
