Shay was exceptionally attentive, friendly and helpful. She guided us with care and made us feel very welcome. Her kindness made a real difference to our stay.
We have nothing negative to mention. We felt well looked after during our stay.

Brilliant, very clean and comfortable.
Fridge was not working during our stay.

The location is great and beds and pillows were comfortable. towels were changed daily and bathrooms were cleaned regularly.
It is VERY noisy. I knew this about the property going in after reading other reviews but the walls really are paper thin, staff were also sometimes cleaning the bathrooms or other rooms at 7-8 in the morning which would wake us up. Definitely bring ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones to sleep in. The rooms also smelt a bit musty and stale.
