The location was great. The property is close enough to the centre and it is not on a hill, which is good. It was comfortable.
The fan barely worked especially in a HOT country is crazy. I reached out to the property owner and they said they would get a new fan but they never did. I have a video on my phone of me putting makeup powder in front of the fan and nothing happened. The fan was not even strong enough to blow the powder. Thank God I had a mini fan which was stronger than the fan the property comes with. New fans and bathroom towels are needed.

The room was very spacious and quiet inside the room. Had great natural light, as well as great amenities in the kitchen. Would recommend this place if traveling solo or with a partner.

The environment

Good location with good transport connections.
Cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby.
The room, kitchen and bathroom were OK, but...
1. You CAN NOT sleep at night !!!
The windows are looking to a big street with intensive traffic all night. The walls of the building are quite thick, but the windows are made of thin aluminium profile with just A SINGLE GLASS pane!
Such rooms may not be given for rent, because sleeping is humans basic need! This is disrespect to the guests!
Why can't the owner just install regular windows with proper noise protection?
2. There was an old a/c in the room, but it doesn't work.
If the temperature is higher than 28°C, you can't sleep there. Why can't the owner replace the a/c ? I see it again as disrespect to the guests!
I DO NOT recommend to book a room here, unfortunately.
