Great apartment in the centre of the town, very comfortable and well equipped. Clear instructions for check in and check out and we were able to unload and load easily outside before parking at Oxford Street carpark (£11.60 for 2 nights/2days) which we thought was reasonable. The bed was comfy and there was aircon if we had needed it. Great communication from the host. We would definitely stay again.

Everything! Ben is a phenomenal host! Everything was exceptional, even with the hot weather. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The facility is set up perfectly and very close to everything in Hay! Thank you, Ben!!

This was a wonderful apartment in a great central location. The kitchen was high quality, including a washer/dryer and sturdy pottery tableware. There were both a shower and a bathtub and good quality soaps and shampoos. The heat in the apartment worked well and the beds were very comfortable, including the pillows. The owner responded immediately to my texts. Comfortable couch and other places to sit in the living room.
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. There are stairs though, if that is a problem for anyone.
