Perfect townhouse for 2 couples and 2 night rest day on Offa’s dyke Trail. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, lovely deck, and comfy beds. Communication was excellent and check in and out easy. Loved the washing machine and drying rack. Great location set back from Main Street, but very close to town and co-op market. Thoughtful furniture and great layout.
Nothing really, but maybe a bit more upkeep on the deck railing and trimming of plants etc. It’s not inexpensive but we felt we got the value from it. Views of the river are very limited with foliage but sounds of river lovely. Winter would have a fab view.

Excellent location for visiting Hay on wye and shopping for books.Walk to shops very close . Parking easy ,house comfortable and spacious. Clean and tidy with three bathrooms one on each floor. Kitchen with outside balcony for eating if fine.
There are two flights of twisting stairs between floors, which would not suit everyone. Although there are good hand rails.
