Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Location was ideal and the property as described. The host provided great communication and responded to emails promptly. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the dining, living room areas were more than adequate.

Just wonderful!

We were so lucky to find this house to accommodate us for our walking weekend girls trip. The house is beautifully decorated and luxuriously comfortable - there was nothing more we needed. The hosts were exceptional with communication and kindness. Would have no hesitation in recommending the house or hosts.

Lovely quality accommodation in the heart of Hay, but a quiet location.

Its central location, fixtures & fittings very nice

If I have to be critical, we found the stairs a little slippery. Perhaps add an additional handrail , or even consider carpeting.

Good but would not stay in this town again , not enough eating options exsoecially at night and on Sundays all day

Parking on site clean great beds and good heating and a washing machine , good location

Welcome pack was useless ! No milk or bread , not even enough jam for 4 people , either do it correctly or don’t do it at all , you should not need to strip beds prior to leaving , that’s what we pay for

Comfortable townhouse in central location.

It was an easy walk to the river and very close to the town so the location was great. The beds were very comfortable and first class linens. A well equipped kitchen with masses of appliances (a spatula and ladle would be great additions!).

There were eight of us in the property which was comfortable however on returning with wet boots and coats it was a challenge to find somewhere to hang them to dry. We needed more instructions to work the TV but were grateful for a prompt visit to help!

A perfect base for exploring the town of books

A beautifully presented, well located town house in the centre of one of my favourite places on earth, Hay on Wye. Perfect for our family of 5! We were really impressed and it exceeded expectations. Everything was so clean, well equipped and lots of nice little touches.

Not really a criticism but it was so well presented I was scared we’d break anything!

Gorgeous house, excellent location

Absolutely lovely house. We couldn't have asked for a better house or location in Hay. We visit the area often and will definitely stay in this house again. Four very good sized and well-appointed bedrooms and the bathrooms were also great. The whole house was very clean and the decor was well thought out. Everything our family needed was here, and there was even a much appreciated welcome bag of goodies. They've thought of everything. Highly recommend!.

Comfortable house in the center of a lovely town.

Location was divine. We loved the decor, stylish and whimsical.

There is very little insulation between floors. We could hear the person on the third floor walking around in the middle of the night. That would be our mother who does not sleep well but it woke us all up. A top sheet would be useful too...The duvets got hot

Immaculate property close to the centre of Hay-on-Wye. Fantastic attention to detail with lovely period pieces and artwork. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Owner provided a thoughtful welcome pack.

Parking was a bit of a problem, with only one designated parking spot. Free parking was available about 500M away near the river Wye.

Vraiment super

La maison a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, avec de très beaux matériaux. Elle est très bien équipée et les propriétaires ont même offert un petit panier de bienvenue. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de jeux de société. Tout était très propre. Une place de parking est prévue dans la cour devant la maison Vraiment super.

Le seul défaut, s'il faut en trouver un, est que la maison est un peu sombre au rez de chaussée.
