Amazing return stay and will definately be back, great place to stay!

Excellent base for exploring Hay on Wye- with cosy book nooks for enjoying a book and a cuppa.
Beautiful period properly which was one of nicest we’ve stayed in. Excellent facilities- the host has thought of everything! Thoughtful touches such as welcome basket, fruit and even umbrellas- which we were grateful for!

Wonderful location, immaculately presented with quality furnishings and very well equipped.
The location was perfect, in the heart of the town, but the property was amazingly quiet. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with every possible need catered for. So much thought has gone into this property, and the goodies left were very thoughtful. We enjoyed it so much we booked for next year whilst still there. What a special place. Thank you so much
Everything was wonderful! Just one small point, an extra lamp in the lounge/ diner would be really helpful for mood lighting.
