Perfectly placed in the center of Hay but so quiet at night. Fabulous, roomy property with luxurious bathrooms. Comfy beds & a perfect kitchen for socializing whilst cooking. Couldn't fault it & would highly recommend if you're looking for something special.

The house is very large and beautifully done up. It felt warm, comfortable and luxurious and there was a good attention to detail. It is in an ideal location with shops and places to eat on the door step. The teens with us enjoyed the basement and adopted study on the top floor to hang out in. Kitchen is well equipped and good parking.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The only reason we gave a lower mark for ‘Value for Money’ was because the house sleeps 10/12 and we were only 5
