Excellent location, right on the beach! A bit dated, but clean has everything you need.
I would say that an extra set of keys should be supplied, as if there are a couple that want to do different things or stay out later, then it can be a hassle to try and organise with other members of the group. Also, the hot water was very hit and miss. We did have no hot water one day, but we messaged the company and someone came to change the gas container. Another little touch would be to have a hand soap dispenser on the wall in the bathrooms.
The only real negative for me were the beds. They were quite lumpy to lay on, with the mattress springs digging in a bit.
