Torre Yago Apartment 15-2 Levante Beach

Location is a perfect right next to Tiki Beach and a short walk from main strip. Apartment itself is huge and stunning view over the sea.

It took us 2 hours to find the apartment, instructions were not clear, and after we tried contacting customer services to figure this out, staff were rude. We were then told they had given us the incorrect apartment number so we were trying to open a door that was not ours. Nobody would come and meet us to rectify this and the office was quite a far walk in the boiling hot heat with all our luggage!

​We had an absolutely brilliant stay at this apartment. The location in the New Town is perfect, and it comes with a truly great view. ​Inside, the place was spotlessly clean and offered plenty of room to relax. Given the very reasonable price, the value for money is outstanding. Honestly, I couldn't fault a single thing about it. ​Would gladly stay here again!

The shower maybe could do with an upgrade. It was fine just took long time for the hot water to come on.

Muy bien ubicado, espacioso , con todo lo esencial en la cocina , muy organizado a la hora del chek in ,te dan dos juegos de llave y un botón para abrir el portón del parking , buenos restaurantes muy cercas.

Podrían dejar más toallas , algunas pastillas para la lavadora y un poco más de papel sanitario.

The view is beautiful! Really great location if you want to be in the thick of it. Wasn't too loud even though we were practically right above Tiki beach bar. The lounge area was gorgeous and great to chill out in. Plenty of blankets and pillows, storage space, etc. and though we didn't use it, there was a good selection of utensils, pots, pans, etc for cooking. There's also a pod coffee machine, but no pods, tea or coffee provided, so bring/buy your own!

The beds were very uncomfortable. The en suite shower was tiny and the blokes we were with couldn't even get in them. That shower also had a broken holder so it pointed at the wall. Both showers had very low water pressure. The cover on the sofa was soaking wet? The most frustrating part was needing to take a 10 minute walk from the apartment to get the keys. We were told beforehand that we could send someone else to get our keys, but when our friend went out of his way to get them, the reception staff wouldn't give them to him. We'd have understood if they'd said no in the first place. Rather than having a drop box for the keys at the apartment, we had to take the keys back to the booking office... Not ideal when you have an early flight (you also need the keys to get out of the gate, so you can't get 1 person to take the keys while the rest of you pack, clean up, etc). Also, take note... The address for the key pick up on their page is wrong. It's number 62, not 66 as it says on booking.com!
