Excellent location Information beforehand was very good knew where to get keys A nice touch with the extras in the room when we arrived. Had a fantastic stay and would stay here again when coming to benidorm.
The towels were abit on the small side and I did think they would be swapped after a few days although there is a washing machine if your wanting to wash them yourself.

The apartment itself and the location was fantastic. Fabulous views and very comfortable.
Unfortunately I have to knock some points off as I am still waiting the €200 security deposit to be returned despite it stating up to 3 to 7 days, I am now on day 10. After many phonecalls with booking.com, my bank and messages with the owner. I am still waiting and have been told to check again in another week. Whether it has been a glitch on their system, I have had to prove the money has not been returned to me by sending bank statements.This has definitely put a dampener on what was a great holiday .

No blankets, for beds, we just had a thin sheet. Asked at the booking.com office and they told us that we couldn’t have any. Asked for extra pillows and again got told no.
