Torre Yago Deluxe 1-2 Levante Beach

Great location, spacious, clean and perfect for both quiet and noisy parts of Benidorm! Communication was great with the vendor but didn’t realise we had to pick up keys a short way from the building, but this was all explained prior to arrival.

Only negative I could possibly mention (which didn’t bother us at all) is that you are only on level 1, it’s just above the restaurant, great for people watching but they can see you too when looking out.

Excellent location and view. Apartment clean and tidy.

Limited hot water at shower times with 6 people. Electric kept tripping for no reason. Some bathroom fixtures and fittings need upgrading or renewing.

The location was great and large apartment

No kettle provided hand towel and tea towel size per person sofa inadequate and broken the most horrendous smell of sewage from on suite which penetrated the whole apartment despite being reported not fixed key reception unhelpful no mobility charging facilities had too pay resturant guy , my elderly father became ill and soiled the bed throw sheet towel I couldn’t fit in washing machine but I made reception aware they said don’t worry put in black bag , so I did for this they kept 100 euros of my deposit absolutely disgusting, I cleaned the apartment, so as it was good for the cleaner , I had too get booking involved as they didn’t send my deposit and still too this day we haven’t received anything back despite them saying they have sent half they are in my opinion scammers any excuse too keep your money they said the bed was soiled complete lie I stripped the bed and mattress protector as I feel this should be done when a person is unwell my daughter was physically sick due too the raw sewage from her room
