Great location, spacious, clean and perfect for both quiet and noisy parts of Benidorm! Communication was great with the vendor but didn’t realise we had to pick up keys a short way from the building, but this was all explained prior to arrival.
Only negative I could possibly mention (which didn’t bother us at all) is that you are only on level 1, it’s just above the restaurant, great for people watching but they can see you too when looking out.

Excellent location and view. Apartment clean and tidy.
Limited hot water at shower times with 6 people. Electric kept tripping for no reason. Some bathroom fixtures and fittings need upgrading or renewing.

Las vistas espectaculares , primera línea de playa. Muy luminoso con parking y fácil acceso. El apartamento está reformado y bonito. Hay aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento y funciona genial.
El apartamento huele mal, había 2 cucarachas en la habitación del baño y en el propio baño. Las camas no eran muy cómodas.
