About this house rental
The Cocoonr∕Book&Pay agency is offering this holiday home for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, just 50 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 170 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a 33 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 860 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 33 m² living room with a TV and sofa
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet with a washbasin nearby
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and a bathroom (with washbasin)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds and a bathroom (with washbasin)
- Bedroom 5: 2 single beds and a washroom (with washbasin)
- Bedroom 6: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a washroom (with washbasin)
- One bathroom with a bath
- One shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 900 m² enclosed garden, well sheltered from the wind and facing due south. Equipped with a children’s climbing frame, a table tennis table, a garden shed and a small playhouse for the little ones.
- A 44 m² wooden terrace, accessible from the living room and the ground-floor bedroom, with furniture to enjoy sunny days

- Saint-Malo railway station (about 40 mins) – regional connections and TGV
- Saint-Malo harbour (45 mins away) with ferries to England and the Channel Islands
