L’emplacement et La proximité du centre et de la plage. La parking attitré.

A la période a laquelle nous y sommes allés l 'établissement était très calme, je connaissais déjà l 'établissement il est très bien , il faudrait juste revoir des petites choses dans les appartements qui fonctionnent très bien mais qui sont vieillissantes. Sinon rien à redire l'établissement est de bonne qualité. Le local vélos est un plus nous ne circulons que à vélos sur les lieux de nos vacances et nous avons trouvé cela très pratique , il y avait tout pour nettoyer, réparer et rechager les batteries un vrai plus.

Le canapé lit peu confortable.peu d'espace.le tout défraîchi...mérite rénovation...mal isolé... comme c'était la canicule c'était tout simplement invivable.
