Located near a beautiful beach. Easy to visit Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, etc… Nice to have a well heated indoor pool even if it is small. In September the outdoor pool was cold.

My Emails sent to Néméa through booking.com requesting 2 flats with balcony with view on the pool, never received an answer. I phoned the resort several times and was told they will try to give satisfaction. The decision was up to the New Manager who told us on arrival that the resort was full and we could only get flats with view on the parking with balconies sunny only a few hours in the morning. He told us very clearly on the day of entry that he gave priority to people booking a flat for 3 weeks. I told him that I booked 2 flats for 2 weeks, to no avail. I tried to book this holiday since March, emailing, phoning to make sure that at least my elderly mother with mobility problem who enjoys staying on a sunny balcony in the afternoon and evening with a nice view would be satisfied. If I had been told that I would not have had satisfaction at least for one flat I would have cancelled everything. Once the bookings are fully paid in advance we cannot change anything. I will not go back to this place in this conditions with the same manager. Néméa Kermael is getting old. Nothing is pristine. Cleanliness is doubtful. Sofas and beds uncomfortable. At the reception only the janitor was very helpful and friendly but in evidence he is not the decision maker. I would not recommend this place.

Do not get out of the pool while within the property! Rather explore its superb surroundings.

The property as such is worn off and needs thorough refurbishment. The only two positives that can be noted about the property are: - very nice and well maintained heated pool; - the location of the property is excellent.

This location for my wife and I was a disappointment. Firstly for us it was a surprise to be told on booking in that we had to hire bed linen and towels at an extra cost of 17Euro for three days. Together with the fact that we had to provide our own cleaning materials, such as dishwasher tablets etc. These being provided by reception, which was open for short periods during the day. There was no on site shop, or Restaurant. The only facilities are the outdoor and inside swimming pools. The bed was very low and uncomfortable. There was a microwave, but no oven. What I really found poor was the fact that were instructed on arrival that we had to clean the apartment when we left, including floors and windows. It appears that they have only a basic cleaning staff of there own. We have been to a similar establishments in France previously so we are able to compare.

A perfectly acceptable small self-catering appartment. The complex had indoor and outdoor pools, a pool table and table tennis tables. Nice location just 100 meters from the seafront and Places to walk to watch the sunset.

The complex was much larger than we were led to believe from the advertising - not a problem, but it came as a surprise. They expect you to clean the rooms - but don't provide the basics Things like washing up Liquid and other soaps.

Très bon accueil, très belle situation géographique. Bon équipement sportif dans la résidence.

Des travaux de rafraichissement sont à mener : Entourage de la zone douche en lames de volet roulant !!! Bas du miroir de la salle d'eau piqué, cuvette des toilettes mal fixée, bouche de Vmc à nettoyer. Portes de placard de la cuisine à régler ouverture difficile pour certaines, pas droites pour les autres. Électro ménager jauni, porte du lave vaisselle corrodée. Trous dans le linoléum dans le salon, De nos jours la télévision TNT en option : non. Et surtout le sommeil métallique du canapé convertible grince ÉNORMÉMENT à chaque mouvement du dormeur. Peut être à solutionner avec des cales en caoutchouc... À plus de 100€ la nuit, le compte n'y est pas. Nicolas LE BŒUF.

équipement : literie horrible( canapé lit est à jeter!) les enfants avaient mal au dos. Ils ressentaient les ressorts .j'ai signalé la problématique, mais aucune solution n'a été apportée. pour seul réponse : nous sommes en sous effectif!! j'ai dû poser 2 couettes par dessus pour que les enfants puissent dormir correctement. lave vaisselle : trouvé sale( signalé par rien n'a été fait) d'ailleurs je ne m'en suis pas servi, tellement il était "dégoutant" . énormément de vaisselles( assiettes, couverts, etc...) sales. le logement n'a pas été contrôlé avant notre arrivée( cheveux, poussières, balais plein de saleté......) , en ouvrant les fenêtres : nous voyons clairement que le nettoyage est négligé. etc...

Het bij het appartement behorende terras was gek genoeg niet uit het appartement zelf toegankelijk. Je moest helemaal langs de hoofdingang om er te komen. Het basis tarief was vrij laag, maar veel bijkomende kosten voor o.a. tv, schoonmaak, wifi.

Der Zustand des Appartements grenzte bei der Ankunft an Mindestmaß an Hygiene. Die Ausstattung war teilweise extrem abgenutzt und ramponiert, z.B. konnte man den Dunstabzug gar nicht einschalten.

Très bien excepté l'heure de départ et la literie du canapé-lit.

Nous étions bien avec la piscine intérieure et extérieure toute à proximité l'appartement était top.

J'ai dormi dans le canapé-lit qui n'était pas du tout confortable et qui ressemblait en fait à une literie des années 80. De plus on nous a demandé de quitter l'appartement à 10h ce qui fait extrêmement tôt ça aurait été bien de proposer plutôt à 11h. En effet étions en week-end vacances donc il faut se lever vers 8h pour déjeuner nettoyer l'appartement de façon à le rendre vers 10h Quand vous arrivez la veille à 17 heures et que vous ne restez qu'une journée, ça fait quand même très très court pour profiter de l'appartement.

Le fait que nous avons été obligés de payer 173€ en plus pour avoir un balcon alors que rien ne nous avait précisé lors de la location que nous n’en aurions pas Attention tous les logements en photo sur les brochures sont avec balcon alors que ce n’est pas la vérité Le fait que l’on nous répondu que de toute façon nous avons loué Avec Booking.com Le personnel non investi dans sa fonction d’accueil et de service aucun contact avec eux quand nous leur avons envoyé nos nombreux problèmes sur le logement L’état très très usagé du logement

Lage fast direkt am Meer fantastisch. Schnitt der Wohnung sehr schön. Großer kostenloser Parkplatz. Zwei Pools, wenn auch etwas sehr klein. Sehr nettes Personal!

Sauberkeit der Wohnungen sehr schlecht - grenzwertig. Die öffentlichen Flächen werden allerdings gut gepflegt, die Gänge jedoch sehr düster, keine Bewegungsmelder außer Richtung Rezeption, daher immer dunkel. Kostenloses WLAN nur bei der Rezeption und wahnsinnig langsam. WLAN für Zimmer zu teuer.

Die Lage ist sehr schön direkt am Ärmelkanal. Wir haben das beste für uns draus gemacht , aber keine Empfehlung. Alles sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Ansonsten kann ich dir guten Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben ein sehr schmutziges Apartment vorgefunden. Alles sehr alt und lieblos eingerichtet. Im Schrank im Schlafzimmer war sogar alles voll Reinigungsmittel und Materialen gestellt ...
