A wonderful house for our two week holiday!

Thank you Christelle for letting us stay in your beautiful house and to Jean Marc for showing us around on arrival. We loved our holiday in Matignon, the house was very homely and accommodated our two families (9 people) with plenty of room. The kitchen was really well equipped, and we enjoyed barbeques in the garden and sitting outside to have our meals in the pretty garden. Beautiful beaches very nearby. We recommend this house to anyone who wants a holiday in this lovely area!

Belle demeure ancienne avec de vos volumes, bien équipée. A 12 personnes on a de l'espace. Le point moins apprécié est la circulation routière qui, même si elle n'est pas intense, est un peu gênante le matin avec la circulation de poids lourds. Mais cela reste un excellent séjour.

Maison sur 3 niveaux très agréable, beaucoup d'espace. Très bien située et équipée. Literie des 4 chambres du niveau 1 est bonne, ainsi que l'isolation phonique extérieure. Cependant celles du niveau 2 est à changer et ce sont de vieilles fenêtres, donc mal isolées. Mais c'est le seul point négatif que nous avons trouvé à ce logement.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous louons cette maison et c’est toujours un plaisir d’être à Matignon. Il ne manque rien à cette maison, les enfants sont ravis par le dernier étage. Le plus est que tout est compris ménage, linge de toilette et literie. Tous les commerces sont à quelques pas. Ainsi on peut profiter de toute la cote de Saint-Malo à Saint-Brieuc.

Nous avons profité d'un très bon séjour en famille (11 personnes) dans cette grande maison. Les 5 enfants avaient leur étage avec une grande chambre, une grande salle vidéo et salle de bains. Il est possible de garer 3 voitures dans la petite cour fermée, ce qui est très pratique pour une maison de bourg. Seul petit bémol : Malgré le beau temps, le salon de jardin n'était pas encore sorti, dommage... A refaire !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée et a proximité de tout (bourg à 200 m et st Cast à 5km). La taille de la maison fait qu'on n'est pas les uns sur les autres. Le plus étant le linge de maison qui est fourni.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette belle maison. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la salle cinéma est vraiment un plus. La maison est très bien équipée et les volumes permettent d'avoir chacun son espace et sa tranquillité si nécessaire. La proximité de la route est peut être le seul bémol.

Après un séjour en famille en septembre, c'est avec grand plaisir que nous avons retrouvé cette belle maison bretonne avec des amis. Accueil parfait, avec beaucoup de souplesse, le fait de fournir draps et serviettes est très appréciable. Les volumes sont énormes et même à 12, nous avons été très à l'aise. Equipements parfaits (home cinéma et vidéo projecteur idéal pour les enfants au dernier étage). Matignon a tous les commerces nécessaires, accessible à pieds en 3 min depuis la maison. A recommander!
