About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this family house with sea view, ideally located in front of the Big Beach of Saint Cast le Guildo. With a surface area of 163 m² and able to accommodate up to 12 travelers, it is composed of a nice living room of 43 m², equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. You can enjoy a garden of 733 m². We are waiting for you !
The housing is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 43 m² with TV, Wifi included, and sea view on the dining room side
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, hood...
- Bedroom 1 : A queen-size bed (160×200)
- Room 2 : A queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
On the 1st floor :
- Room 3 : A queen-size bed (160×200)
- Room 4: A queen-size bed (160×200)
- Large bedroom 5: One queen-size bed (160×200) and two single beds
- A bathroom (with bathtub and toilet)
Sheets and towels are optional for stays of less than 7 nights, provided for stays of 7 nights or more. Available if needed: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, baby bed.
Outside :
Fully enclosed and private garden surrounding the house. Two terraces, one on the sea side and one on the dunes side. Garden furniture available.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, just in front of the Grande Plage. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... The house is located in the center of the Grande Plage, 500 m from the center with shops and restaurants, 200 m from the indoor swimming pool (sea water), 500 m from the beach clubs, 500 m from the sailing school and 1.5 km from the deep water harbor accessible on foot by a walk along the sea.
Activities :
- Many sports and cultural activities are offered in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo: sailing, golf, mini-golf, horseback riding, beach clubs, concerts, exhibitions, etc...
- Visits of the magnificent Emerald Coast from the pink granite coast to Saint-Malo via Paimpol, Saint-Quay-Portrieux, Binic, Saint-Brieuc, Val-André, Erquy, etc...
- Fort-Lalatte and Cap Fréhel (20 min by car)
- Dinan and Château de la Hunaudaye (30 min drive)
- Mont-Saint-Michel (1h by car)
- Broceliande forest (1 hour drive)
Transportation :
- You can park directly in the private and enclosed parking lot on the grounds (3 spaces). There are also two parking spaces in the basement.
- Nearest TGV stations: Lamballe, Saint-Brieuc, Saint-Malo and Rennes on the Paris-Brest line.
- Nearest airport: Dinard airport located at about 25 minutes by car.
- Port of Saint-Malo with its crossings to England and the Channel Islands.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included. Beds are made up and linen is provided. Only beach towels are required.
- Free Wifi available
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
