Fantastic location. Stunning views of Arthur’s seat from the kitchen. Excellent communication with the host. There were 6 of us in the apartment and always enough it water for showers

When you arrive at the property, the main entrance to all the apartments is shabby so we weren’t sure what we were getting but the flat was exactly as described

Very nice location, the apartment has big and nice rooms with all facilities needed. Informed well inadvanced with all the necessary information for access. Communication with the host led to prompt answers and very courteous indeed.

Location was great, walking distance to most things (food, attractions etc) royal mile and princes Street is about 15mins stroll. Kitchen was well equipped.

First thing I think should be mentioned in the description is that it's not on the ground floor and there's like 4 flights of narrow stairs that was really an inconvenience to haul 5 large suitcases weighing 22kg up. If I knew this beforehand I wouldn't have booked it because it was a challenge for my senior mother every day climbing all those stairs. I wouldn't recommend this place for older people. Secondly the facility is a bit run down, couch was dinchy, flooring was worn and dreary, washroom was tiny but clean. I guess you get what you pay for.
