The central location was a winner.
It was a big room with good heating.
That that there was a kitchen with an electric jug and a microwave and cooktop.
The room was secure as was the upstairs living area and the exterior access to the roadway.
It was a bit hard to access.
The stairs were very steep and slippery.
The inside courtyard was a bit dark and intimidating.

Bed and room was clean.
Duvet was cold, not enough bedding. No toaster or kitchen utensils. Entrance to stairwell was very dark.
