Amazing place to stay!

Absolutely lovely property! Located in a peaceful area with beautiful views throughout. Spacious rooms, guest room, bathroom and great breakfast! Comparing to hotels or houses I lived in London; this has to be the best one I visited - especially for its price.

Peaceful and comfortable stay!

Stayed here before an early morning flight from Belfast International Airport - very conveniently located. Extremely quiet and comfortable, with a warm welcome from Fiona. Clean and serene - perfect for a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is shared with other rooms (as per the description) - it didn’t bother us but it might be something for others to consider.

Comfy and welcoming Farmhouse

Beautiful authentic old farmhouse on the shore of Loch Neagh - few min drive to Crumlin and Antrim townships. Lovely breakfasts, comfortable guest lounge. Fiona is a lovely host, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is an absolutely to-die-for BnB run by an affectionate hostess.

Breakfast was fantastic. We had a choice of bakery pancakes, cereals, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit and so on.

The house was not dusted for a long time and there were many cobwebs and a lot of dust. There was only one bathroom for 4 adults which was very inconvenient. The kitchen was actually a pantry with pots and pans but no utensils. The microwave did not heat the food and nothing was done in spite of reporting. The ketch up in the fridge was out of date. The crockery and cups were unclean and had stains. The radiators were switched off with no instructions. After we found out how to work the radiators, some of the radiators still did not work. The wardrobes were dirty with dust everywhere including on the floor and hangers. The gate and the house door also had cobwebs. Overall the standard of cleanliness was very poor. The property showed a lack of attention and a lack of respect for guests. We strongly feel that the house needs a thorough professional deep clean before being rent out again.

close to Anrim airport, quiet remote location

nice place to stay, remote and quiet location, with really friendly host... definitely recommended during "warmer" months... nice selection for breakfast (self-service), also tea/kettle available in the rooms..

room was extremely cold, for the first 2 hours we had to sit in our winter jackets on :-( also heating was off during night so my wife got a really bad cold during the night sleep... again, this is applicable only during the winder months I believe

Old world luxury with bright modern decor.

Fiona is a magnificent lady and how she does all she does at Ballyginniff Farm House is incredible. Located right on the shores of Lough Neagh, I've never seen a farm yard so spotlessly clean so you can imagine what the inside of her luxuriously furnished and decorated home is like. Fiona has managed to maintain the old world feel of the farm house, whilst beautifully incorporating modern decor and facilities. We only stayed one night but I would love to have stayed longer and had more time to enjoy everything about Ballyginniff Farm House and go for a walk across the road to lough. Treat yourself or someone you love to a couple of nights here.

Lovely country house B&B so near to Aldegrove airport

Host was lovely. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated as in a large country house style I had a continental breakfast left out for me as i left just after 6am for an early flight. Only 10 mins from the airport. Will definitely stay here again for an early flight

A wonderful experience right in the countryside of N.Ireland in a beautiful and comfortable home. There are great views of Lough Neagh and it is very close to Belfast International airport, Aldegrove. The owner is so warm and welcoming and helpful. I recommend to all!

Great!!

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with few options to choose (or not, we ate all of it). Check in was easy, and everything was settled up and cosy, warm, handy. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom perfectly clean. It has a bathtub and a shower, separately, so nice! Also, the lovely lady who owns the place was so nice to us, had time for a little chat in the morning. Absolutely recommend the stay, thank you for opening your home to us!!
