Idyllic cottage B&B on Lough Neagh for a perfect country stay.

Elizabeth served an impeccable breakfast. Martha Stewart would have been overwhelmed by the graciousness, quality, and quantity of the daily breakfast. Homemade bread daily, homemade jams, fresh local fruits, and tea made it special. We could gush about the breakfast. Beds were a treat: comfy and warm. Room was tomb quiet. En suite was perfect, even if just steps from our room. Onsite car park was wonderful.

Hallway light, provided to help guests arriving after dark, could be on a motion sensor instead of left on until turned off.

Elisabeth prepared an amazing breakfast, there was really nothing that she did not offer. All home made and delicious. The location of the cottage was perfect for us. She also helped us with information about the area and referred us to a great taxi company.

An excellent stay in a lovely setting.

Lovely situation on Lough Neagh but also easy to get into Belfast or north to the Giantś Causeway etc. Elizabeth, the hostess, was charming and helpful. She provided lots of helpful advice and delicious breakfasts. The bedroom was comfortable with a view of the lake.

We stayed in the self contained annex self catering studio, which is situated above the garage, separate access from the main house, via private door & stairs to the accommodation, which could be an issue for the less able bodied/disabled person, due to the climbing of stairs, I personally loved the accommodation, light and airy clean, beds comfy shower over bath, everything you could need at a base camp during your stay, enough utensils and dishes for eating and cooking with, we were welcomed by our host Elizebeth who’s very friendly and approachable who guided us through the flat, we had fresh milk left in fridge tea coffee and condiments were available for us to use too! hairdryer found in the wardrobe but! (No iron) which I didn’t miss personally. Great location to Antrim, Crumlin, & Aldergrove airport and surrounding areas.

Not able to vent open the main sitting room/ kitchen via locked off French doors? or sky light window.

Great host, location and food.

Fabulous location and very peaceful. Great breakfast but you can even book an evening meal which we did and was beautifully cooked by Elizabeth. Fresh produce and very enjoyable. Also great for driving to and from the airport just 10 minutes away especially when you have an early or late flight. Thank you for a wonderful start and end to our holiday in Ireland.

It was in a beautiful quiet location next to Loch Neigh with lovely views from the bedroom window. The room was lovely. Spacious warm and clean. It was lovely to have such a good choice at breakfast. The freshly cooked bread was amazing.

Elizabeth was a fantastic host. Her little cottage is in an picturesque location, our room looked out at Loch Neagh and the traditional decor felt warm and homey. She provided a feast of homemade and local delicious produce for breakfast which topped off a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very outdated and facilities are in need of updating and refreshing. The owner was nice but quite abrupt regarding the rules - we stayed for 12 hours prior to our flight. It was fit for purpose but not terribly comfortable for longer.
