Stayed for one night as we had a very morning flight and the b+b was only 3 mile from airport.We informed the host that we wouldnt be having any breakfast and she got us some breakfast bars to take with us.The room was clean and beds comfy, We had a double bed and pull out sofa bed as there was 3 of us. The view out of the window was lough neagh ,cant fault it.

Elizabeth is a lovely host, great communication. Great price, beautiful surroundings. We had a twin room, double bed for me, single for my son. The beds were really comfy. A great variety of tea and coffee including decaf, which is great for me. My son loved the hot chocolate provided too.
Great bathroom facilities, shampoo and conditioner provided, dressing gowns, towels. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom. We didn't stay for breakfast as we had to leave really early, however Elizabeth very kindly gave us a fabulous selection of breakfast bars that included protein bars for the healthy minded. I highly recommend this establishment. Located 3 miles from Belfast International Airport.
The only downside which is nothing to do with the B&B, is the taxi service from the airport. You have to book 24 hours in advance, also the taxi services are seriously profiteering, as quoted as much as £50 for 3 miles which is a ten minute Journey. Uber kept cancelling my ride as they couldn't locate a driver. No bus services at weekends. So we had a 3 mile walk.

The host Elizabeth was very friendly and welcoming. The hayloft had flexible accommodation with twin beds and a sofa bed in the lounge. The shower was powerful and hot. There were toilitries and cleaning products to use. The view of the loch was an added bonus.
The rooms were a little cold, especially overnight.

Very welcoming and friendly host. Lovely room with facilities. The robes were a nice touch! The breakfast was filling and home cooked. Would definitely recommend.
