Ive always liked staying here ive stayed here a number of times over the years now, the staff are brilliant and always welcoming the food is great and is good that they cater for people with intolerances and allergies. The therapy rooms is great facility they have upstairs, treatments are great so relaxing!.

Quiet, clean and had ironing facilities that I would have killed for in my accommodation in Spain and Germany. Yet, unfortunately as I was still based in my hotel in Barcelona, and was only there for two nights, I had nothing to iron. Very friendly staff, especially the woman with the English accent, on reception who went out of her way to help me on more than one occassion.

Small thing - no usb ports.

Smelly damp and dated

Room smelt damp air fresheners to try mask the smell. Food was terrible. This place needs to update the rooms and sort out the damp problem

A great stay for my lovely friends wedding

Hotel was spotless! The man on the front desk who checked us in was so pleasant. And the price was fantastic!

Apart from the fact I couldn’t find any plain yoghurt for my granola (I didn’t ask as was too hungover so just used a fruit one instead), and I got a bit of black mould in my tequila rose shot, everything was fab!

Great Business Stay

I stayed at the Rosspark Hotel for 2 nights for a business trip and the hotel was perfect for my needs. The team were so friendly and keen to offer help and a great service. The room was not especially spacious but fine for a 2 night stay. The WiFi worked well and there was a kettle for hot drinks. The bathroom had a good selection of toiletries and the shower worked well. I ate in the Hotel for the 2 nights and was very impressed with the quality of the food. I had Salmon on the first night and Seabass on the second. They clearly have a great chef in the kitchen! Breakfast was also great with a good selection of well cooked hot food. I would stay again next time I visit the area.

Only 2 small comments about my stay - The bedroom was a little cold when I arrived and there did not seem to be any way to heat the room as the heating system appeared to be turned off for the summer. However, I just put a jumper on and I was fine. I thought that the mattress could do with an upgrade. It was OK but a bit soft and not that supportive.

We stayed here Friday 21st June for the night to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. It’s hard to believe it’s been 6 years since we held our wedding reception at Rosspark hotel too. Lovely friendly atmosphere in the hotel. The staff are all so friendly and the food was excellent. Can’t wait to return again soon.

It was close to where we needed to be. Staff were lovely.

Hotel is very run down and this is not reflected in the price. There were stains in the carpet, the hairdryer in the room wasn’t working, the drawer when you pulled it out was broken, the trouser press on the wall wasn’t working and had exposed wires as the cover was broken.

Relaxing place to stay

The hotel was very quite and relaxing. The facilities are well maintain and clean. The staff were very good and helpful. WiFi was free and easily accessed. The breakfast was top notch, self-service with many options both hot and cold. Plenty of parking available.

If you did not have transport the location may be difficult to access.

Dinner was great, Beautiful favour, bathroom was excellent size and bed was very comfortable.

Venue could do with and update and being cleaned, dinner system out dated and unnecessary. Breakfast is buffet which has no call to be as freshed cooked food tastes good and would be hotter. Warms are small very warm, need more air in them. Staff get defensive and argumentative when you place and complaint and shout at you when your walking out of the building which is very unprofessional.
