Great stay in Ballymena!

The staff were fabulous, helpful, welcoming and just couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was a good one. The room was lovely, spacious, comfortable and with beautiful decor. Breakfast was hot, delicious and plentiful. Location was perfect as we were going to the Braid Centre.

The hotel was good, clean and staff very friendly. Rooms we excellent everything you needed. Breakfast was nicely cooked and plenty of it. Hotel Bar was nice, evening meals were also very good and well priced.

staff were very friendly and helpful. As we were attending a wedding at another hotel, when checking in the receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us several taxi numbers to try for our return that evening

Very comfy bed, smooth check in

Ordered dinner and waited 40 minutes, had to enquire when we'd be receiving our food. Personally think server hadn't put our order through till to kitchen, same server had forgot to bring our drinks also. Had to go to bar myself an order them.

Rooms warm n stuffy stayed over kitchen we left our window open for air the smell of food from kitchen wasn’t ideal. But that was just our room. Only 1window too which wasn’t ideal for air

The hotel was a standout for its warm and inclusive atmosphere.

We were in Ballymena for the first Mid and East Antrim Pride parade. The hotel hosted the party after the parade and. it was great to be in such an LGBT-welcoming hotel.

Our fifth Anniversary was perfect

I brought my wife here for our 5th anniversary, she loved it how clean and spacious the room was and I arranged for Champagne and Flowers to be left in the room for our arrival it was perfect she loved it thank you for making it perfect for us David and Jeelamine

One night stay

We stayed at the Adair Arms hotel while attending a wedding in Ballymena. The room was spacious and quiet and just what we needed located right in the centre Good car parking to the rear

The breakfast was very basic with little or no choice

Meals were delivered in good time, excellent portions and great quality.

Hotel bar closed quite early but this could be a restriction of Easter weekend opening times.

Pleasant day/night, great catch up with family and the meals were delicious.

The food was delicious and all the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them.

The room was very basic and the carpet threadbare l, so if you're looking for something extravagant then this isn't for you but we were happy enough with it. I could not have a shower because it was over the bath but that is because of my disability, a standalone shower would have been better.

Vomit smelling room

It smelt like someone had vomited in room 113 on the chair near the window. The shower tap wouldn’t turn to cold so the water was scalding and we couldn’t shower. Walls too thin as could hear someone above us snoring!
