No confirmation email and no door codes, number on door to call wouldn’t answer stood 2 hrs until I booked hotel across the road, won’t use agado again as there app crashed too right when I needed to manage booking!!

You have to fill in a form before you arrive and you are given a code, but the information comes too late and is not understood because there are several of them, communication difficulties, answers come after the fact, Ugly smell in the corridors, room with roof window, pigeons singing for hours.

This is the most appalling check-in service. I clicked the link, sent my card details and we were left standing out on the street in the cold. Never received any reply or code to get inside. Had to go find alternative Accomodation. Sort your act out OYO
