A lovely stay if it wasn't for the bathroom and the stairs.

A pleasant apartment in a quiet area not too far from the centre of Trieste. The whole apartment is nicely furnished except for the bathroom(s). Coffee, a bottle of water and some biscuits were available and we could make a nice breakfast. We used our 5G internet on our phones and it worked well in the apartment.

The bathroom!! First of all it is divided into 2 rooms.. one with the toilet and a sink and the other with the shower and a sink. The whole apartment is newly renovated except for the bathroom. The bathroom was left in its original state which looks very old and unpleasant. There was a stink in the room with the toilet due to the toilet being so old. The stairs to the apartment. We had the top floor apartment and the stairs were very uncomfortable. Very narrow and winding and difficult to go up and down empty handed, let alone with a large suitcase! The parking outside was always a hassle! I don't know if it was because it was mid August and everywhere was very busy, but it was a struggle every night to find parking. There is a balcony but with almost no view, which is a pity as the apartment is situated in one of the prettiest areas of Trieste with a gorgeous view, but you can see nothing from the balcony.

Non pessimo, ma neanche buono

Di positivo ha il prezzo, non eccessivamente alto. La casa di per sé è carina, anche se molto piccola e non adatta a sei persone. Utile l’asciugacapelli e la lavatrice

Le veneziane non funzionavano, la finestra di una camera non si apriva, due lampadari erano fulminati. Non c’erano forchette a sufficienza per tutti, le pentole non erano sufficientemente capienti per sei persone. La caldaia dava i numeri. La host mi aveva garantito che in casa “c’era tutto”, ma in realtà il sapone, la carta igienica, scottex e strofinacci non erano sufficienti per ospitare sei persone per quattro giorni; noi siamo arrivati, quindi, tranquilli di avere tutto, ma in realtà ci siamo trovati con un rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica e sei bustine di sapone. Siccome siamo arrivati il 31 dicembre, abbiamo dovuto aspettare il 2 gennaio per fare la spesa, quindi il 1º gennaio abbiamo dovuto centellinare le poche cose che la casa forniva

Es hat den Zweck erfüllt - wir wohnten in der Nähe unserer Freunde.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – die Busstation befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Das Apartment war sauber. Die Kochnische ist funktional eingerichtet, und ein Haarfön ist vorhanden. Besonders positiv: Die Kontaktperson reagiert schnell und zuverlässig auf Fragen.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos, ist aber deutlich abgenutzt. Im Winter sehr kalt – die Klimaanlage reicht nicht zum Heizen. Warmwasser dauert lange. Zugang mit großem Gepäck schwierig (3 Etagen, enger Stiegenaufgang). Bett quietscht stark, was den Schlaf stört. Im WC unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss.

A képek miatt kis csalódás volt...

A szállás szép, nyugodt helyen van, kicsit messze a belvárostól, de nem vészes. A konyha jól felszerelt, alap dolgokat simán el lehet készíteni.

A második emeletet kaptuk szállásként. A Bookingon lévő képek sajnos nem a mi apartmanunkban készültek. Valószínűleg a másik apartman van ilyen szépen felújítva. Az internet elérés gyenge, lassú....
