nice stay, good value for money, recommended place

+ great view from the window (FYI: which however involves climbing the stairs to the 4th floor - the owner however informs about it) + necessary kitchen equipment + welcome drink, that was a surprise ;) + good contact with the owner + generally good value for money + quiet location - no noise especially in the evening and at night + 2.5 km / 30 minutes on foot to the center + parking is free of charge (on the street)

- but it is often difficult to find a free parking space near the building - opening the key box was quite a challenge - during my stay there was a problem with the air conditioning not working - the interior needs to be refreshed - TV would be useful (for children)

Tutto perfetto!

L'appartamento è comodo e spazioso, oltre che molto pulito e la vista è davvero spettacolare. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, inoltre l'appartamento si trova in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro Trieste.

Appartamento ha un ottima vista, posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro, (44 o 42 per direzione centro, in entrambi le direzioni, altrimenti alternativa la 26 a 100 metri piu avanti di fronte la chiesa), se si prosegue, 2 fermate dopo si trova il faro (vedere il sito perche non e aperto tutti i giorni a novembre), molto collegato con i mezzi, ha una bella vista fronte mare

Jó kilátátás, nehéz parkolni.

A kilátás fantasztikus volt. Kaptunk üdvözlő ajándékot. Semmi gond nem volt.

A másodlagos ágy nem volt annyira kényelmes. Az ötödikre (az első dupla) felmászni néha nehéz volt. Nem találtunk parkolót a környéken, a lakáshoz meg nem jár.

Bardzo udany pobyt, polecam

Widok z okna rzeczywiście wspaniały. Bardzo przyjemny apartament mimo, że na 4 piętrze w starej kamienicy. Na miejscu wszystko czego potrzeba od pralki, suszarki do włosów, żelazka po zabawki dla dzieci. Parking na ulicy bezpłatny - we wrześniu nie było problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca. Tuz przy budynku przystanek autobusowy do i z centrum.

Ręczniki sportowe nienadające się do normalnego użytkowania, lepsze byłyby ręczniki tradycyjne.

Unglaublich

Die Kommunikation schon im Vorfeld über Schlüssel, Übernahme der Wohnung und Parkplatz ausgesprochen freundlich und informativ. Fragen während des Aufenthalts über Waschmaschine und warmes Wasser wurden sofort und unkompliziert beantwortet. Wir wurden mit einer kleinen Erfrischung begrüßt, die Wohnung großzügig mit Schlafzimmer, Küche und einem kleineren Zimmer, kinderfreundlich ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung generell zweckmäßig und aktuell, die Deko liebevoll. Küchenausstattung für Urlaub und Ferienwohnung ausreichend. Bushaltestelle gegenüber, um in 20 min. In der Stadt zu sein, kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt am Haus. Pizzeria und kleine Bar nicht weit entfernt. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Parkplatz, allerdings die Straße recht schmal und steil, nicht ganz einfach zu finden und einfach zu parken. Die Wohnung im 5. Stock, das wussten wir und haben das Gepäck entsprechend aufgeteilt, der Blick von oben tatsächlich "amazing". Wir hatten 3 wundervolle Tage in Triest und haben uns in der Wohnung willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

Es gibt keinerlei Beanstandungen.

Super séjour dans un appartement avec vue incroyable et très calme.

Superbe vue, très bien desservi en bus. L’appartement est relativement grand et avec tout le confort nécessaire.l’immeuble a également beaucoup de charme.

Les rues du quartier sont étroites et ce n’est pas évident de se garer en dehors de la grande rue.

Passable Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick

Sehr ruhig mit einem super Ausblick. Die Einrichtung ist etwas älter aber zweckmäßig. Für eine Städtereise absolut ok.

Bei fast 40 Grad Außentemperatur war die Klimaanlage nicht aktiv. Dementsprechend heiß war es in der Wohnung. Die Anlage ist für den Hochsommer etwas zu klein.

Toller Ausblick, persönliche Note.

Also als erstes: der Ausblick. Wunderschön. Wirklich. Auch der Platz und die persönliche Note der Wohnung fanden wir toll. Wir wären gern länger geblieben. Es ist ein wenig wie nach Hause kommen. Die Küche ist ausreichend gut ausgestattet und vor dem Haus hält ein Bus. Bis zum Stadtstrand kommt man entweder sogar zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus über die Parallelstraße. Nacht war es ruhig und die Gegend wirkt gepflegt.

Der laut tropfende Abfluss in der Küche war nachts leicht nervig, der obere Teil der Dusche fiel erstmal ab und wir mussten reparieren. Was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war der Check-in über die separate Seite: Drei Personen da einzutragen war eine nahezu unmögliche Angelegenheit, da ständig irgendwas nicht ging. Auf Nachrichten kamen nur automatische Antworten ohne jegliche persönliche Note. Wenig hilfreich. Und ja, es sind sehr viele Stufen. Wussten wir. Wenn man das dritte Mal am Tag zurück kommt, flucht man leicht, motiviert sich aber mit Aussicht auf Ausblick und den positiven Aspekt für die Gesundheit ;-)

Не нашли крышки от кастрюль и сковородок. Немного сложная система ключей, потребовалось время чтобы понять какой ключ от какого замка.

Trotz allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, Preis Leistungsverhältnis wäre zu überdenken. 👌

Es war eine helle, schöne Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Meer mit wunderschönem Sonnenuntergang. Es war sauber, hatte genügend Kleiderbügel, und das Bett war gemütlich.

Verbesserungsvorschläge: Als Tourist möchte man auch mal Fernseh schauen, Nachrichen etc. das vermissten wir. 96 Stufen bis in unser gemietetes Apartement war nicht akzeptabel, das muss in der Beschreibung der Location stehen. Im ganzen Apartement hatte es nur 1 Kosmetikkübel, in der Küche sollte es einen weiteren Abfallkübel haben. Auch war die Duschkabine sehr eng, nicht geeignet für grosse, korpulente Menschen. Es war auch sehr schade, dass wir keinen persönlichen Kontakt zu der Vermieterin hatten, wir hätten uns darüber gefreut. Auch hätten wir uns über eine Flasche Wasser, ein paar Früchte(Willkommensgruss) sehr gefreut.

Lijep i ugodan smještaj, ali nedostaju neke sitnice kao bi boravak bio jos ugodniji!

Objekt je uredan i cist, pogled na more je prekrasan,jednostavna komunikacija..

Kod objekta me iznenadilo to što u kupaoni nije bio ni jedan ručnik, u kuhinji ni jedna kuhinjska krpa, spužvica za pranje posuđa.. grijanje nije radilo, tj bilo je upaljeno na minimum, tako da nam je bilo hladno!

L ampiezza della casa e la vista mozzafiato sul tramonto. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort e comoda per visitare Trieste in autonomia e la costa. Suggerisco la prenotazione dell'immobile con le accortezze sotto.

Il palazzo è un po vecchio e la mancanza di Ascensore al 4 piano non è facile per tutti raggiungere l'appartamento....Totale mancanza di presenza del property nella comunicazione ad eccezione della padrona Lara molto disponibile.
