A kilátás és a terasz mesés volt. A felszereltség jó volt és modern, tiszta, kényelmes. Közel volt a szabadstrand és a buszmegálló. Le lehetett sétálni a partra egy jónéhány lépcsőn keresztül.
A kilátásnak ára van. Nagyon meredek úton kell behajtani autóval és a parkolás is a meredek lejtőn megoldható. A fizetős és jobban felszerelt strandok messzebb vannak.

Nothing, if your physical condition is good for the third floor and your driving skills are good for parking on a steep road next to the property. There is a possibility to park on the flat road, but in this case, you would need to go down three floors to reach the house.

The apartment is new, very clean and very comfortable. The view from apartment is breathtaking. 🤩
The parking was at very bad location, even if you want to park next to the apartment, you need to go down by thick road.

Lage und Meerblick
Heizkörper waren offenbar nicht entlüftet, daher geringe bis keine Heizleistung. Besonders ungünstig wirkte sich das aus, weil die Heizung der Wohnung nur zu bestimmten Zeiten zentral eingeschalten wurde.
